I studied photography in college, with a primary focus on fine art photography. My technique of choice was handcoloring black and white images and alternative processes.

Digital has changed the way we approach things, and food photography is no exception. Today the look is natural, with soft natural lighting, it's a perfect fit for me. To me, photographing beautifully created dishes is documenting a one of a kind work of art skillfully created by a talented chef. Fine art with food as the subject!

When I'm not photographing food I enjoy taking photographs of life around me.
